Does it cost money on iTunes if you clicked Get Album Artwork?

Is Art History worth it?

I’ve been planning on staying in school until I get my Ph.D because my dream career is to be a curator at the Metropolitan in NYC.

Currently, I work in a development office in a small art gallery in a city that is in between decadence and cultural restoration.

Truth be told, I am eternally bored at my job (I’ve been here less than a year - I handle money and correspond with our donors, along with some b**** work, such as filing and mail.) I’ve only completed my freshman year as an Art History/Philosophy major, so I think I can still make whatever jump I want. The people that I work with all have at least their M.FA, with mainly a concentration in Art History. I’m afraid that even with a Ph.D, I’m going to be working in a stuffy office doing work that is boring. I just don’t like the atmosphere. It seems glamorous on the outside, but I’m afraid that I’ve tapped into the reality of it.

The real question: Is this IT or have I just gotten the bad end of the field? Experiences?

Have you gone through school for Art Therapy?

I’m trying to get into school for art therapy, and trying to do online classes. I haven’t taken any basic classes at a community college and I have no idea if I have to, in order to get into a college for art therapy… And should I be aiming for my master’s degree?? I don’t know what to do and I am incredibly fustrated and I have no job right now and no money and I’m freaking out cuz I just need to figure school out for myself, and I’m running into walls with any information I try to get. As much information about how you got into school, what’s needed, any extras…. anything is appreciated, thankyou

Good Art Paint Brushes. ?

This sunday when I come out of art class I’m going to buy art supplies for my comic book classes, so I’v got a bunch of old action figures laying around they’re good but the paint is chipping of so Im buying acrylic paint for it since someone I know use and does good work, so I already know what paint I’m using and what size brushes I’m using but I don’t know what name brand brushes I’m buying

So does anyone know what are some good art paint brushes that don’t cost a lot of money but are good in quality and last for a long time?

Does anyone remember the online pet site that was a major rip-off of Neopets from about oh, 7 years ago?

The art on the pets was a lot nicer than neopets and you had to collect radioactive waste from the sewers to get money. Like, I’m pretty sure it was something like cheasy pets or something. I’m pretty sure it had .uk in the address somewhere.
If anyone knows I would be shocked.
It’s very old.

In the future, do you think torrent sites may become the main outlet for artists?

the torrent sites are illegal now, but do you think the bands might collaborate with these sites? i was thinking that maybe the sites could pay the artists to let the site put the music on, then the sites can get their money through advertisements and the music can remain free or very cheap for the consumer.

What can I make with. a ream of white computer paper and?

… a white view-binder, some lacey/frilly, lingere, a 24 count box of crayola crayons, a full cartriage of black ink in my printer, tons of pictures of me and my boyfriend, a box of love letters, a dozen fake roses, a few candy wrappers, an empty baby wipe box, an empty blank cd tower box, a big cork board, a newspaper, some markers and about 5 bucks to buy anything i might need to turn the previous things into a work of art…?

… i kinda want it to be something that has to do with me and my boyfriend…

… something that i can put on display would be a plus…

… i’m just really bored and i feel like making something but i just can’t think of anything good…

… I just want a few ideas to get me started… I need to use all of the things I mentioned and i don’t really wanna have to spend my money on it cuz i’m a little hungry, but i mean, i can i guess… i wont just steal your idea, i promise! i might use part of a lot of different ideas, you know so its original!

My son is running for student council treasurer. Hes 10 yrs old. Any ideas for campaign posters?
